Ombrellos Dunedin is a Dunedin Institution ( Located in the heart of the CBD and University this famous gastropub with a huge variety of craft beer and local music has been rocking for over 20 years.

The enclosed courtyard dining with a cozy fire as well as various private dining rooms and bar serves top-notch gastropub inspired cuisine You will be a talented sous or senior CDP who wants to take the next step.

You will have control over the kitchen during the head chef’s days off. The role will be mainly evening work. Experience with a la carte as well as gastropub-style cuisine is required. The ability to be clean and well organized as well as great time management is essential. You will need to have great leadership skills and be comfortable leading a team of 4 staff during service.

Payrate: $27-$30 per hour
