Operating 2 restaurants, a busy function and wedding venue, as well as a 5 star luxury Hotel, this is a busy and thriving destination. Surrounded by lush gardens and with access to its own freshly grown produce this is a premier destination.
The role of Sous chef will be reporting directly through to an experienced head chef. You will look after a team of 9 chefs across 2 kitchen sites. With a mixture of a la carte and high volume banqueting style for functions this is a diverse and challenging role. This is a full time and permanent role. A generous pay rate is on offer. Flexibility with your days off is on offer. There are no split shifts either!.
You will be working with an experienced and loyal team. You will lead from the front and inspire your team while remaining cool , calm and professional!
You will have full control over the kitchen and be involved with training and development as well as ordering, cleaning and menu development. You will need to be well organized and above all passionate about your craft.
Most importantly you will need to have a great attitude. Not be afraid of getting your hands dirty and wanting to progress. This role will have the ability to progress with the large team.
