Chris – Director
Chris is a qualified chef and has worked both in NZ and overseas. He has experience managing small and large scale hospitality businesses  in challenging environments such as remote Australia,  and the Middle East. His skills and experience have seen him working in a variety of settings such as Hotels, Restaurants and Hospitals. He is a qualified Dietitian and has worked designing menus and nutritional plans for a variety of organisations.
Chris is a natural problem solver and gets a kick out of helping people get the most out of their business.

Chris is based in Dunedin but travels nationally and internationally to meet with clients.

Justin – Consultant
Justin is a qualified chef, manager and lecturer and has worked overseas. He has resided in New Zealand with his wife and children since 2003. Justin has worked in various roles from chefing through to senior management, sales, business development and consulting.  He has an interest in nutrition and has been involved in various national initiatives specifically within the health sector.  A strategic thinker and planner, he likes to deliver the very best for his team, clients and candidates.  Justin has a keen interest in contemporary art and architecture and he is often found in art galleries across the country. 

Justin is based in the Christchurch area and is the local man on the ground there and the surrounding areas.

Rosanna – Consultant
Rosanna is new to the recruitment business, she is a qualified Social Worker but has recently wanted to get into business. Rosanna enjoys building relationships and meeting with people to find out what makes them tick. Rosanna has a background in hospitality from Front of house work in cafe’s and restaurants, to being behind the bar, baking, cooking and coffee making. She knows how restaurants work and the importance of the customers experience so that they come back again and again (and tell all their friends). Rosanna has spent a lot of time overseas and wants to help bring some of the overseas ideas to New Zealand.

You will most likely be contacted by Rosanna if you apply for a job with us and she will help get everything organised. Rosanna is based in Queesntown and is the local woman on the ground.
